Return Policy

At Men’s Mental Health Awareness MMHA, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Because our items are made to order, we only offer refunds under the conditions outlined below.

Returns and Refunds

We will process a full refund only if:

  • You contact us by email within 48 hours of delivery, and

  • You clearly explain the reason for your refund request.

To request a refund, please email us at MensMentalHealthAw@Gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used to place the order

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Refund requests submitted after the 48 hour window will not be eligible for review.

Non Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Size or fit issues

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Items that have been worn washed or damaged after delivery

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

    Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow several business days for processing depending on your financial institution.
